Our Story New Life Church at Five Points was born out of the union of two congregations in the early 1990’s. A church planting team from New Life Presbyterian Church of Dresher www.newlifedresher.org was seeking to launch a daughter church along the busy route 309 corridor around Montgomeryville or further north. At the same time, Christ Church, a Doylestown area congregation established in 1986 was seeking to join with another congregation. Leaders of Christ Church and the church planting team from New Life decided to join forces and begin a new work that was originally called Peace Valley Church. The church’s early years were filled with great excitement and growth as God worked to transform many lives through the Gospel and knit together a close and loving church community. There was tremendous growth both numerically and spiritually as the Holy Spirit made his presence felt among us. After meeting for many years in the Chalfont/Doylestown area, God opened the door to a new and exciting worship space at the Frank Theater, centrally located near the well known five point intersection in Montgomeryville. In August, 2006 our congregation voted unanimously to change our name to New Life Church at Five Points. The new name reflects both our new location and our ongoing connection to New Life Dresher and the other churches of the New Life Network. Today, New Life Church at Five Points (NLFP) is a growing body of believers, dedicated to knowing God through Jesus Christ and to creatively proclaiming His Kingdom to the community around us. We warmly welcome all to come and join us Sunday mornings at 9:15 am in the Frank Theater at Five Points.
